Heart of Labor Support

So, what DO partners and loved ones do while someone is in labor? How will you know what the laboring person needs? How will you know what’s working, and what isn’t? How will being a participant in labor and birth look like FOR YOU?

This class is for YOU! Partners, loved ones, friends, new doulas, and anyone who is going to be in the labor room providing support and encouragement will get hands-on practice to be the best support person you can be.

• Navigating your birth options and working with the care team
• Understanding the physical and mental experience of labor
• Practical support tools, techniques and tips
• Getting on the same page BEFORE labor
• Self care for you, so you can care for them

Classes are held Wednesday and Thursday, from 6-8:30pm
Registration is $100 for 2 people.
